NCF Update 05/31/25

Good afternoon church family,

Tomorrow is the Lord’s Day! I am looking forward to being together with you all as we build one another up and celebrate Christ together. Join us for prayer at 9:30am and for worship service at 10:45am.

Our focus Bible passage for tomorrow is Revelation 21:1-8. Here we will see God’s good plan to heal every wound for his children and to clear the world of all wickedness and injustice once and for all. Christ has made a way for our eternal peace. This world will once again become a pure abode for humanity, and a righteous place for people to talk with God as Eden once was.

We had originally planned to have a meeting at Tulakes Baptist Church tomorrow evening at 5pm, but that meeting has been postponed for now. We will let you know when we are able to get it rescheduled.

On Friday, June 13th at 7pm Serve will be hosting a live music event with Evergreen (Thembi Carpenter). We have had Thembi play at Serve many times and she always does a great job. All are invited to come out to support her and to enjoy a night of music together.

May the grace and peace of the Lord be with you today friends. Saturday is a day that the Lord designated for rest from the very beginning. May your day be filled with rest in Christ, and may it be marked with remembrance of who you are in him. You are a child of God by grace, and if you are his child you are an heir to all that belongs to Christ. I pray that this reality will never be lost on us. You are loved and appreciated by this pastor!
