Good afternoon church family,
With it being Memorial Weekend, we take time to pause and to remember those who paid the ultimate price to keep America free. We honor the many soldiers who have given up their lives in the line of duty. May their sacrifice never be forgotten.
I’m looking forward to being together with you tomorrow as we honor the Lord’s Day together! Join us at 9:30am for prayer and at 10:45am for worship service.
Thanks to everyone who came out to the Bethany 66 Festival today. It was good to engage with our community and to share the love of Christ with those who came through our building.
On June 1st at 5pm we will be having a special prayer service at the Tulakes Baptist Church building as we continue to seek the Lord’s will for our future together. I would encourage everyone from our church family to be there if you can. Not only will it be a good opportunity to see the building, but these fellowship and prayer times are critical for building a proper foundation for the future. Every great work which is done for the Lord begins with prayer, of that I am convinced.
May the grace and peace of the Lord be with you this Saturday. May he grant you rest in Christ, and may the joy that we have in the Lord be put on full display in our heart’s and minds.
