Good afternoon Church family,
I’m writing a short update to you this evening. I’ve been hanging out with my youngest son Toby all day while Stacey and our older kids served. The Italian Dinner fundraiser event put on by the women’s ministry went wonderfully this afternoon. Thanks to everyone who came out and supported our wonderful ladies. Pam’s meatballs were out of the park delicious, and everyone who came and served did such a wonderful job. What a treat it was for us to share such a wonderful meal together while raising money for ministry causes.
I’m looking forward to being with you in the morning. Join us for fellowship groups at 9:30 a.m. and for worship at 10:45. Our focus Bible passage will be Philippians 4. I am confident that the Lord will bless us as we continue on our journey through this wonderful letter of Paul.
We have the blessing of celebrating yet another baptism tomorrow! The young man who is being baptized connected with our church through our drive-through prayer on Wednesday. The Lord is doing some wonderful things in and around our church community. Let us continue to be in prayer for one another, and for our church as we continue to explore together how the Lord wants us reaching into our community and making disciples together.
