Nick Tarter, Elder/Lead Pastor
Pastor Nick and his wife Stacey have been married for 19+ years. They have 4 children. They are both native Okies, born and raised in the OKC Metro. Pastor Nick has deep roots in the Bethany area. He grew up near Lake Overholser where his parents still live. He has served in churches across the state of Oklahoma as a pastor, ministry leader, church planter, and as a church planting strategist. He earned his undergraduate degree in Humanities and Philosophy from University of Central Oklahoma and went on to earn a Master of Arts in Theology from Liberty University. He is passionate about Christ, fidelity to God’s Word, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, and equipping the church to be who Christ called us to be.

Dwight Cunkle, Elder/Associate Pastor
Pastor Dwight Cunkle is a retired vocal music teacher, most recently at Classen SAS MS in OKC. He and his wife have four adult children, two of whom graduated from Bethany HS and one from SNU. Barbara and Dwight have sown their lives into young adults during their 50+ years of marriage, having had more than 20 live with them. Dwight also loves to lead and train people in worship in Spirit and Truth, and he and Barbara enjoy time with their six grandchildren. Dwight earned a Masters in Church Growth from Southwestern Christian here in Bethany.
Scott Walsh, Elder
Scott is married to his wife Beth. Scott and Beth grew up in Yukon, OK, each graduating from Yukon High School. Scott earned his degree in cyber security at SNU and works in the telecom field. Beth holds an M.A. in Human Resources from SNU where she works in that field. They have three children who are all serving the Lord. Scott served for nearly seven years as a deacon for our church before receiving a call to become an elder in 2024. He and Beth are very active in ministry leadership and discipleship initiatives. Scott does many things in service to us, and is a wonderful example of a godly husband and father for our church. Beth leads our Sunday morning prayer and is active with our prayer ministry team each Sunday.
Levi Dobrinski, Worship Ministry Lead
Levi has been with Tulakes for many years. He is married to Kisten and they are raising two beautiful girls together. He currently serves as a public school vice principal, and is a talented musician and music educator who has helped write the music standards for the state of Oklahoma.
Jacob Williams, Director of Serve Ministries
Jacob is a graduate of LCU in the DFW area. Before going off to ministry school, he was a member of our church for many years. Now the Lord has brought him back to serve alongside our church as a ministry trainer and leader particularly in the areas of evangelism and local missions. Jacob helps manage our Serve Coffee house and gives direction to all things outreach in our ministry. We are exited to have Jacob on board!
Ryan Stephens, Director of Youth Ministries
Ryan grew up in our church and has a passion for discipleship. He helps empower families to make disciples of their children and spends time each week leading our youth Sunday School class.
