Church Update 10/10/26

Good afternoon church family,

I hope this letter finds you well today. I know that many of our women are enjoying the day with Sheila Cole at our TCF Women’s Ministry Weekend. I am looking forward to being together with you tomorrow. Join us for Fellowship Groups at 9:30am and for Worship Service at 10:45am.

Dennis Cole will be ministering with us in the morning during our service. I know that we will be blessed by the word he brings to us from the Scriptures. Come ready to receive from the Lord. Also, we will be taking a love offering for Dennis and Sheila so we would encourage everyone to give as the Lord leads. Dennis and Sheila have dedicated their lives to supporting pastors and churches across the U.S. and even around the world. They are doing wonderful work for the kingdom. We love and appreciate them very much.

On October 18th our church will have our monthly fellowship meal. The theme is Fall Chili. The forecast shows that we may finally be getting some fall weather, so the timing could not be better! Be sure to see Pam Dihmes tomorrow and sign up to participate.

We are planning a Fall Festival at the church building for October 31st at 5pm. If you would like to participate, see Ryan Stephens. He is helping us to organize games and activities.

Let us continue to pray for one another. When you think of a brother or sister in the Lord, this is an opportunity to pray and intercede for one another. Prayer is powerful, as the Lord uses it to align our hearts with His and to bolster one another as we face the many trials which come our way in this life.

May the grace and peace be with you all as you walk through this beautiful Saturday. May the Lord grant you time to rest and reflect on His goodness.

In His steps,

Pastor Nick

“But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us. We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our bodies.”
— 2 Corinthians 4:7-10
